INTRODUCTION

CEP TEAM was first established in the year 2011. Before this club was established, it acted as a voluntary organization and only had 3 members. Until now CEP TEAM has a total of 87 members excluding the voluntaries. The establishment of this club is to discover the abilities of students in variety fields provided during events. Our club not only takes part in school events but also external events. The events that we took part such as Tshung Tsin Night, Tshung Tsin Star, Annual Sports Meet, Jog For Tshung Tsin, and lots more.

OBJECTIVE

• To lead and support variety school and external events.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• Members must not be late for weekly meeting and duties.
  • Members that are going to be late must inform the secretary; those who are late without reason will be deducted 4 marks.
  • Members that are absent must inform the advisor or instructor so that leaves can be applied. For personal leave, 4 marks will be deducted. Sick, Funeral, and Official leaves are excluded if leaves are applied.
  • Members that did not inform the advisor or instructor will not be allowed to apply for leave and 8 marks will be deducted.
  • Members who apply for leave must attach letters from parents and medical statement.
• Members must wear the specific club t-shirt stated in the weekly notice unless being informed. 2 Marks will be deducted for members who do not obey.
• Members are not allowed to dye their hair, smoke, fight, steal or cheat in the exam. Members who disobey will be given warning for the first time and will be dismissed from the club for the second time.
• Club Funds must be paid at the specific time. Punishment will be given for those who is late.
